Temporary Studio Policy (Effective 5/19/20- TBD)

There will be many changes and new restrictions and guidelines I will be STRICTLY enforcing. These are heavily influenced by The Ohio State Board of Cosmetology and the Center for Disease Control.

  • As of now, booking times will remain the same. Depending on how this works out, booking time frames could become limited as I may have to take longer than usual to turn the room around, disinfect, rebook, and check out clients. (This will be an ever-changing process.)⁣ I feel my sanitation has always been excellent, but with added precautions I may need to add more time in between clients.

  • ALL clients are required to wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose completely. This is required for all services. Please put this on in your car and do not remove it until you have exited the building. This is non negotiable. I work in a shared space and I have clients that are older and others that could be more susceptible to getting sick. I ask that you please be respectful of them and me. If you do not want to wear a mask or are unable to, I kindly ask that you wait to book an appointment until it is no longer highly recommend by governing entities to do so. If you arrive without a mask, I do have some for purchase for $2, otherwise you will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • Clients will be required to wash hands in my room sink immediately upon arriving.

  • All clients are to wait in their car until your appointment time. You do not have to message me when you arrive, just come in at your scheduled time. There will NOT be a waiting room available. Only the person who has a scheduled appointment will be allowed inside. Please, no visitors or children. ⁣If you have to use the bathroom arrive a few minutes early to do so so that it does not impede your appointment time. When finished, please wait by the sign to the left of my door if my door isn't open yet.

  • DO NOT be late. If you are late, even a little bit I will be forced to reschedule you. If you run late, it pushes my whole schedule back and forces me to play catch up. This is extremely important as I run a very tight schedule and cannot have people waiting around in the building.  I am usually lenient with this, but now I cannot be.

  • If you are ill or are not feeling well, you will be asked to reschedule to date no sooner than 14 days from your originally scheduled appointment. If you have been around someone or live with someone has has shown signs of sickness, please reschedule.

  • These rules are subject to change at any time, and new rules and protocols may be added as we move forward into these uncharted waters. I will update everyone to any changes that may occur through email so please click the link to sign up if you haven't done so already.

 Regular Studio Policy (Effective Always)

  • By appointment only

  • I refuse to provide any service that cannot be performed safely

  • I reserve the right to refuse any service that may require medical attention

  • I reserve the right to refuse/end the service at any time

  • Prices, services, or details are subject to change without notice

  • I require a 24 hour notice if a guest needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows me to schedule and service other clients. Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice impacts me and the opportunity to service other clients.

  • I require an active credit card number to hold your appointment. This will not be charged unless a guest cancels in one of the following ways. Guests that give short notice (day of) cancellations will be required to pay 50% of their missed appointment. Guests that do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be required to pay for their missed appointment in full.

  • Gift Cards are nonrefundable but are transferable.

  •  Since I wax in such a timely manner, I ask that all guests arrive 5-10 minutes early. Arriving even 5 minutes late could result in a possible reschedule of your appointment. I value your time and work efficiently to remain on schedule, please respect my time as well.

  • Due to the personal nature of the services offered at Behrly There Wax Studio, I ask that you please refrain from bringing your children. Thank you for understanding.
